termination
well i was layed off from job. then fired 15 min later for nonproductivity&being absent.then later it changed to just nonproductivty.i just got back from LA doing work forthe national guard.i don't know if that is the reason or not but it may.Ihavent been wrote up or told by anyone that i was not peforming well or i have missed to many days.

If you have been terminated just after returning from military duty, I stronly urge you to call me immediately at: two-zero-five -- four-five-eight -- one-one-zero-zero (that's 2054581100). I am an employment lawyer and a Navy Reservist who is very concerned about the rights of Guard/Reserve members. You are protected by law and the longer you were away, the greater your protections.
