Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama
i work for a daycare and would like to make a CAN report on a fellow employee howver i fear i may be fired for doing so....can my employer legally fire me for making the report? is there a way to make the report anonymously?

You know you are required to file the report when there is cause....by law. And, it is to be confidential.
