Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama

my cousin recently is being evicted from government housing because of late rent. she has 6 kids and no where to go. she has been to court many times and they finally sent her a letter saying she had 7 days to get out. she has no where to go with six kids. so someone told us from the naacp that they can not do this it is government property and cant kick her out with 6 kids and no where to go.

Someone is wrong. If you don't pay rent you can't stay on occupy another's property. She has to go. If she does not, the sheriff will remove her from the property.
