Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama

My land lord placed someone who was deemed compatible with me and I did not know this person before she moved in. Since she has been here she has tormented me and my land lord will not do anything. Do i have a legal right to move out and not pay my last 2 months of rent because the land lord put this girl in my apartment and she is not compatible and does not respect my stuff as well as my stuff has gone missing. ( i live in Alabama)

Do you share an apartment common area? How did the landlord move someone in? If the person took something that belongs to you, you have a complaint against her and not the landlord. Are you leasing an apartment with a private bedroom and a common area? You can't stop paying on the lease because you don't like the person who moved in. You do not have a legal right to move out on that basis unless the lease says you can, which it probably does not.
