Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama
If I rent my house and the Lease Agreement states it is rented as is and all cost for maintenance, repairs etc to systems, appliances, etc are at tenants expense. If the air goes out or a window is broke, can I, as the homeowner, still be held liable?

No you would not be liable except to the extent where you can not waive negligence causing injury.
