45 day agreement signed but check was not given to other party in 45 days.
What can I do to make the other party give me my check for 30000.00? This 45 day agreement was done by both attorneys and I have met my obligations. Now the other party is trying to hold the check he owes me. What can I do?

If the other party will not uphold its obligations pursuant to a binding agreement, you will have to either enter the ADR award and ask for a judgment or file suit for breach of contract. You cannot force anyone to pay or do something without court action.

From your post, you have a lawyer. Ask him/her.
