Need info on cases for/against Nursing homes staff where physical restraints caused bodily harm. Which professions were held accountable for placement of these physical restraints. Info needed for inclusion into workshop presentation.

You can find this information in a series of national jury verdict reporters. These jury verdict reporters are generally found at most law libraries, and some private law firms have them. Contact a plaintiff or defense firm, and ask to use the these resources if you can't find them in a the law library at a major university or State Supreme Court. Most firms are more than happy to assist you with this kind of project.
