getting out of the army
my son is in ait, He wants out of the army. Before joing he was diagnosed as bipolar with depression.He has had drug abuse problems and alcohol problems.Trouble with DUI and domestic violence.His recruiter told him not to report this. He was on probation when he joined.

I'm surprised this didn't get found in the background records check.
It's quite possible he might be discharged because of this, but he has to be careful how he goes about doing it.
He could be prosecuted for fraudulent enlistment.
