Legal Question in Military Law in Alabama
Federal Court-Traffic Violation
I was stopped on a base driving with suspended license; I am a civilian. My driving history is bad. Several reduced DUI and several previous suspended license. Is jail time a certainty? Can Estoppel be refernced? Can jail time be totally avoided; I have an attorney.

Re: Federal Court-Traffic Violation
If you have an attorney, you should rely on his advice. He knows the facts of your situation, and he knows the best course for dealing with this situation. In addition, it would be unethical for another lawyer to comment on his/her representation.
