Legal Question in Military Law in Alabama
Was married for 21 yrs. /divorced. if x - husband receives a raise from
military retirement what does x-wife receive.

If you have already been divorced this will be governed by the decree in the divorce itself. The future interest in the retirement will have been addressed in the divorce, and ownership of any raise is part of that order, usually. It is a property division.
