Go Cart accident
my 11 yr old was in a go cart accident. go cart belongs to the 14 yr old who was the driver. did not happen on either childs property. my child had to have arm surgery and was in hospital for 2 days. Does the 14 year olds parents have any liability?

Potentially. It depends what they knew, and it also depends upon the actions of the 14 year old. You will also have to deal with the guest passenger statute. Without knowing more facts, it is difficult to answer your question with a yes or no. [email protected].
