Golf ball hit a moving car (at a golf course). Who is responsible for damages?

Hard to say. This would depend on facts you have not presented. However, If a person drives around a golf course he assumes the risk of having his car hit by golf balls that are not struck by a golfer in a negligent or wanton manner. In other words, it depends.
