Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

My ex husband accused me of breaking into and stealing from his home. Their was a video that had a picture of whoever did it, and whoever it was looked like me. I was questioned by police and treated like a criminal. After police reviewed the video I was cleared from the investigation. My ex is still telling people that it was me. I did not mention that I have an 11 year old daughter who will be affected by this. What can I do to stop him from ruining my reputation?
