injuries are health problems before accident

degerative disk disease in the beginning stage was not going to a physician since 2003 but recieved even worse injuries to cervical and disk being moved in lower back will this affect compensation it was a rearend collision by a company truck hauling parts for a part store

I do not really understand the question. Did the rearend collision make the disk worse, or was the rearend collision the original cause and something else made it worse?
