Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

I was involved in a no fault accident where my motorcycle was totaled. I still made several paymets while waiting on the other drivers insurance to settle this matter. Is the insurance company required to reimburse me for those payments made?

If it was a no fault collision why does his insurance company have to pay for your motorcycle? Did you have collision insurance in addition to public liability? Did you have uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance? If you have collision, why has your insurance company not paid off the note on the motorcycle How did all of that work? THose are important questions that need to be answered before anyone can answer your question.
