Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

Judgement against me for 3500 in july 2010 the person had my car and my daugters car picked up but she has yet to release us form this judgment, what can i do to be released from this judgement.

You need to find out the value of the cars and if they were sold, what was the amount. This amount should be deducted from the judgment and only the balance charged. If there was more received than owed, then they owe you money and a release of the judgment should be filed in probate court.
