Lawsuit
If someone had a lawsuit...how would i got about finding out about this lawsuit...settlement and any other items pertaining to this case..Also about power of attorney for injured person injured in lawsuit.

all you can do in most instances is check at the Clerk of Court's office, civil division, in the county where the suit was, and look at the Complaint and any other pleadings. You would generally have difficulty getting the details of the injuries and a settlement, absent subpoena power.
