Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

I was shot at a night club by there security person i didnt have a weapon and the security person was arrested. do i have a lawsuit.

It really depends on the facts of your case. If you were shot because the security guard reasonably feared for his safety or thought you had a gun, then you might be able to sue, but probably will be unlikely to win. So, it really just depends.
