Store Slips Up!
few Days ago I slipped on some water by a soda fountain at a major store. The cashier must have just placed it in the puddle or something. I do not remember seeing the wet floor sign however the puddle was right in front of the fountain to get drinks I paid for. After falling and hurting myself the cashier stated the fountain has been leaking for a while. I guess they were use to the water and the sign did not define the area becasue it was a cone sign. I think someone must have pushed it aside to get drinks earlier. However, I fell and Fell hard. Went to the Doctor and have injuries. I completed the paperwork about the accident but have not heard anything from them yet. I am sore just typing. What should I do?

Get a lawyer. Examine the basis of your case. Then determine whether you should sue or not. Whether a lawyer will take your case will depend upon the extent of your injuries and the ability to prove liability on the part of the store.
