transmitting disease

can you sue someone for knowingly giving you a sexually transmitted disease that can be life threating? Is there a statu of limitations?

If you can prove that they intentionally transmitted the disease, I think you would have a case. The statute of limitations would be either 2 years or 6 years, depending on whether you could prove trespass.
