Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

A tree fell in my yard for the people living behind me. Am i resposiable for paying for the part of that tree that is in my yard?

The property owner for whom the tree belongs is responsible for all costs related to the removal of their property no matter which way the tree fell. Think of it this way, would your neighbor be responsible for removing your couch should you decide to place it on their lawn?
