Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

I was walking to my car at a fair and was struck by a car. The car was in a barricaded area. The fair personnel instructed the driver to back up because he wasnt supposed to be driving his car through this area. I was struck and knocked

to the ground. Luckily I wasn't injured. I was only frightened because it could have killed me. Do I have a negligence claim? Can I sue based on this? The police wrote a private property report.

Yes you have a negligence claim;however, because you did not require any medical care the settlement offer from the at-fault driver would be nominal. Yes you could sue but you will probably have a hard time finding an attorney to handle this on a contingency basis.
