Writing an Insurance demand letter for compensation
I was hit by an insured motorist. The motorist insurance paid for the auto repair to my car. They dragged out the investigation for medical for 18 months. They have made an offer. I want to write a counter offer letter, how do I do so?

Hurry Up and File Suit
You are about to fall victim to the oldest trick in the book. There is a two year statute of limitation for auto accident cases in Texas. If you do not file your suit within two years, you loose your right to file the suit. I would suggest that you hire an attorney to file the suit and let him handle it because, as you have now seen, insurance companies walk all over unrepresented consumers.
