Contract on a new home

I signed a contract on a home. There were a lot of discrepencies with the agent and the mortgage company. I decided not to pursue the purchase of the home and they are threatening to sue me. I did not ask for the earnest money back. Can they sue me?

You need to have an attorney review the contract as soon as possible. There is a possibility that they could sue to try to make you go through with the deal. Good luck.
