Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

Guardianship for Incapacitated person

After mother died 8 yrs. and then my step-dad died Aug 2000.They left the old home that we grew up in.My sister is incapacitated, I take care of her completely she is unable to do for her self. She started living with me,after her fathers death.April 24,2001. I received legal Guardianship of her.The old home is sitting there unatttended,I live to far to keep it going or to rent. I have my hand full,we live about 1 hr. away.I really would like to be rid of it.The neighbors complain. But I don't know what I can do legally. When I took over guadianship I never thought of the home I moved her out of, I didn't need it and lived to far away to keep it up.I would like to sell,it may be worth less than 10,000,for the lot. the house is to run down.
