my home has been foreclosed on & sold without my knowing. I receive disability & have for over 8 yrs. is there any recourse?

You may have a possible claim for wrongful foreclosure. If you were making your payments and they failed to notify you that you were behind or that a foreclosure was forthcoming, you need to seek a lawyer in your area that handles those types of claims.
