Please be a little more specific. Do you want to own the property with your son so when you die he gets the property (Joint Tenants with right of survivorship). Do you want to own the property with your son such that when you die he still owns part of the property and your heirs own the rest? (Tenants in Common) Do you want to have your son own the property, but have it fixed where you get to live there for the rest of your life?
