Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

I leased a furnished 3 bedroom home but have only had use of two since the onset due to roof leak and mold issues. Since leasing we have had to deal with not only that issue but bug infestation, A/C broke twice, TV go out, move to hotel for a week, pay for running fans and humidifiers for a full week 24 hours a day. Are the Owners in Breech of Contract since we are paying for 3 bedrooms and never have had use of one? We want out of this house lease was for a year we have offered to let them keep Security Deposit.

Look at the Alabama Landlord Tenant Act. You can break the lease and move out if you give them notice as required in the statute.
