Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama
"I recently gave my dad money to buy a car from my uncle. My dad and I have the car at our house. We have spent money get the car fix and paying parts. However my uncle was suppose to finding the title for my dad. My dad just past three days ago. Now my uncle claim he can't find it. He taking forever to request for a replacement title. As a result, I don't know what he is trying to do. What should I do?

You should hire an attorney to force uncle to perform on his contract with your father. If you father has died, and if you are a minor, your attorney would sue in the name of dad's estate.
