Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

My son wants to give me a small parcle of land he owns 8 acers but dosen't want to redo his contract with his mortgage co. we are trying to go with a quick clain deed. i need this to put my moble home on the property. is this possible without refinancing his mortgage??? i need to know asap thank you all i need is enough to put the trailor on.

NO read the mortgage carefully. It probably says that any attempt of his to give another any right to the property will result in the mortgage being payable in full at once. DON'T DO THIS without having an attorney carefully review the mortgage and any other documents.
