tree root damage
my neighbors tree root has grown through my closet wall and has caused it to bulge where when it rain causes water and mold damage he told me it wasn't his problem who is liable for damages

Your neighbor is probably liable. Also, you have a right to dig up and cut out the part of the roots that extend into your property as long as you do not go over into his property.
