Warranty Deed
What form (Warranty Deed, Grant Deed, etc) should be used to add a party with right of suvivorship to a property located in the State of Alabama? This document will be recorded along with the original deed. Thank you for your help.

Asuming you are conveying wth all the requisite warranties, a Warratnty Deed is normally used to convey survivorship rights in Alabama. Please feel free to call if I can assist you.
