Legal Question in Securities Law in Alabama

My husband pass away two weeks ago and he didn't have a will. He also didn't have my name on his savings account. how do i go about getting my name on his account.

You would need to file a petition in probate court stating he died without a will and that you will be the executrix or administrator.
