Is it illegal in Alabama for a 16 year old female to have sexual relations with a 21 year old male?

The age of consent in Alabama is 16. I am assuming you are referring to whether your relations would be viewed as rape or not. Your friend could be charged with rape in the 2nd degree if you were under the age of 16.
