Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

I have been a bartender at Applebees for over 2 years( I am a female) On friday Iasked my boss why I was not scheduled for a night shift as requested He told me the CEO of the company was coming that night and would prefer to see"titties" befind the bar I was deeply hurt by this statement because I am 48 years old and the other girl is only 21 with only a few monts experience what can i do about this

Unless you have some way to corroborate your version of this event, you would most likely need it to have been in writing, recording via surveillance camera, or overheard by another individual. If your boss has a history of similar complaints being lodged against him, that could be beneficial as well.
