Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama
if my boss tells me i cant work a shift at work because the ceo is coming that night and he wants to see "titties" is that sexual harassment
1 Answer from Attorneys
Based on your statement I am to assume your are a male and have been denied a specific shift due to the fact you do not have breasts. The act of refusing specific work based on a persons gender would in fact be considered sexual discrimination. You would need to be able to provide witnesses to this conversation and there should be a pattern of behavior relating to males being refused specific shift work related to the times the person of interest is in the building. Based on what you have stated there is a cause for concern but it would have to be followed up with documentation to support such discriminatory acts.
