Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

My daughter was sexually harassed at her school. The boy groped her between her legs and told her he wanted to "f her tonight". She is 13 and there is no code in the state of alabama that covers this kind of abuse. I want something done but what can i do?

There is a code in Alabama that covers this. It is called the CRIMINAL CODE. Go to the Juvenile Court and file a petition against the boy. ALSO REPORT the conduct to the school so they can remove the boy from school. You have to be PROACTIVE and not rely on a website. Call your local district attorneys office, sheriff or police department.
