Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

I am the Regional Vice President of a privately held company owned and operated by the President and his son. In 2010, this company�s revenue totaled just under $30 million. My wife is a sales person and reports directly to me. On more than once occasion, the owner�s son made very foul and sexual comments about my wife while in my presence. The owner�s son�s wife heads our human resources department. How do I make a complaint without jeopardizing my job? The last time this occurred was 1 week ago. I confronted the owner�s son I asked that he never make another comment about her again. Our working relationship has been rocky at best since I made this comment.
