Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

I am male. A female co-worker grabbed me by the butt

in front of other people. She was reported bragging about it later. Is this sexual harassment? Can I sue for redress?

I think you should tell her that such a conduct is not acceptable to you and likewise inform her immediate supervisor for the corresponding reprimand. However, I think that whatever cause of action you may have under state law, is a question of bodily trangression and moral damages, no harassment has been configured as the set of circumstances described falls short of that cause of action.
