Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

The situation is..I have been on my job for over a year I have constantly been verbally abused and harassed by my manager.. I filed my first harassment claim against him a while ago..whatever the outcome was he was gone for 4 mnths..in tht time period I was transferred to another store...well he was hired back again and it soon became a nightmare.. he was coming to the store where I had transferred to..well my new manager warned me of this and he cut my hours so we wouldn't work together..so he then became my general manager...and more harassing came...the verbal abuse became stronger he would still call and text me outside of work trying to get personal..but I would always ignore it..but when I ignored him the verbal abuse at work would b deeper..we got into a physical altercation at work...and nothing was done besides me getting fired and to me its not fair..is there something I can do to get a fair trial??
