No, there is no statute that addresses sexual harassment in Alabama. However, a federal claim can be made for sexual harassment/discrimination. If you anticipate making such a claim, however, there are very tight timelines in which you must do so. You must also notify the EEOC. Typically, claims for sexual harassment are brought in state court under invasion of privacy causes of action, if appropriate.
