dammage to stop signs
I would like to know what the worst consequences could be for someone who hit a stop sign in a parking lot and drove off.

i need more facts to give you an accurate answer, but being charged with intentionally destroying a traffic sign if the sign was on public property which could be a felony or criminal mischief in the first, second, or third degree which is either a felony or misdemeanor depending on the value of the property. please call me if i can be of further assistance.
