family member being sued in military not accessible
i have a family member being sued but is not accessible because of military duty should i hire an attorney for them

Well, first I would have to ask, who is suing this person? The SSCRA (Soldier and Sailor Civil Relief Act) provides legal protections for those serving our country. There are mechanisms to invoke this protection but the law itself is a bit too complex and involved for me to really be able to provide much guidance to you in this forum and without knowing more details.
