How can i get a ticket for an open container taken off my record ?

It depends. First, if you've already been convicted or plead guilty, you can't. Contrary to popular belief, Alabama offers no expungement of convictions.
If this isn't the case, the municipal or county court must provide a deferred prosecution program of some sort. There are alternative options available to certain classes of individuals-depending on the particular facts and circumstances of each case, of course.
Your best bet is to find a lawyer to assist you to make sure it is possible in your area and to effectively work toward that result.
