Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

2 nd marriage

My husband has 2 homes and I have 1 home and I refianced this home several years and my husband had his name added and now he has a girl not adopted from a pervious marriage living in his 2nd home she has made remarks when he dies she is getting all 3 homes.He want make a will and I want my 2 children to have what is legaly theirs when I gone.
