Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

2 different Wills

My uncle passed away in 2004 and my aunt passed away in 2008. There was an original will from my uncle stating the house was supposed to go to me. My Aunt created a new will that named another benificiary as well. Would the first will created be in effect if it stipulated that I should receive the house in the event of the death of my aunt?

This depends. It depends on the wording of each will, how the home was titled, whether the second will is valid, whether she had capacity to sign the new will, etc. You really need to visit with an attorney and buy an hour of his/her time to go over all this.
