Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
In Alabama, if the inventory and accounting are waived in the Will, how can a bene get an inventory from the executor? Do you request it from the probate attorney, executor or the court?

If they are waived in the will, you can only get an inventory by petitioning the court for an inventory. You will have to convince the Probate Judge that the executor is not taking proper care of the estate and an inventory needs to be done to make sure the executor is not taking anything. This is hard to do.
