Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
help me again
my aunt just passed away and to find out she had a will leaving everything to a 16 year old the 16 years old parenets has took my aunt for everything she has and making her leave everything to her they are not even family there is two nieces left but only i want to fight it can you tell the how to probate it or whatever you think i need to do can you please help me and point me in the right direction thank you so very much

There are several ways that a Will can be challenged in court. In order to maintain that challenge though, you must be the person/heir who was wronged. This is a classic example of when it pays to seek a face to face meeting with an attorney.
