Can the beneficiary on my brothers insurance policy be challenged ? Can a nothing person cash a check from a deceased person?

Yes. you could go to court an aver that the beneficiary change was the product of fraudulently or improperly obtained. I do not understand the second sentence. What is a "nothing person"?
