Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

Bill Noland thanks for your answer . In the state of Alabama which makes more sense a will or trust when your married and have no children. and the property is in only AL.

But we want to leave the remainder of the estate ( after we are both gone)to the unborn children of the great nieces and nephews

If you have someone who can serve as either Executor of your Will or trustee of your trust that far into the future, that is the biggest hurdle to overcome. I still lean towards the trust.
